What Cairn is

Cairn measures where a business appears in Google’s local results across a city, reads its public listing and website, asks AI answer engines about it, and writes what changed. It reports measurements; it does not control Google or the AI engines and cannot promise rankings, mentions or customers.

Free scans

Free scans are complete and yours to keep. Result pages live at unlisted addresses: anyone with the link can see them, so share them as you would a photo. We limit how many scans one person or one business can run so the free tool stays free for everyone.

Paid plans

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings; watching runs until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. If we ever change a price, existing subscriptions keep theirs until you change plan.

Your data

You own your business data. We store your email, the businesses you claim, every scan we run for you, and the alerts we write. We never sell it, never share it with competitors, and never use it to train models. Delete your account by writing to us and it is gone within a day. See the privacy policy.

Fair use

Don’t scrape, resell or automate against the scanner, claim businesses that aren’t yours, or use Cairn to harass a business. Studio plans may present reports to their own clients under their own brand; otherwise the product is for the business it measures.

No warranty, limited liability

Cairn is provided as-is. Measurements can be wrong, sources can be down, and Google changes without notice. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding three months. Colorado law applies.
