Get and share your Google review link

Recency matters as much as the total. Three new reviews a month beats a hundred from three years ago.

Step 1. Search your business on Google while signed in — tap “Ask for reviews”. That's your link (Cairn shows the same one on the fix).

  1. Your review link is below — it opens the “write a review” box for your listing directly. (Google also shows it under “Ask for reviews” when you search your business while signed in.)
  2. Put it where the moment of gratitude happens: the thank-you text, the receipt, the follow-up email, a small QR card by the register (print Cairn’s card below).
  3. Ask in person, once, at the natural moment: “If you have 30 seconds, a Google review really helps us.” Then stop — no incentives, no gating (Google forbids both).
  4. Reply to every review, good or bad, within a week. Short, warm, specific.

Cairn finds which of these apply to your listing and site, gives you the exact text to paste, and checks weekly whether it landed. Run the free scan → · All how-tos
